Connect groups and Short Courses
Connect Groups We encourage all our members at St Augustine's with St Luke's to join one of the small Connect groups. These are all about making connections and deepening relationships. During Lent we run a short course and this year's course is based on the epic story of Les Misérables We hope to gain powerful insights into themes such as grace, justice, love, poverty, and redemption. We started by watching the latest film version on Shrove Tuesday and meeting for our in-person and online course on Thursday. It is not too late to join us. You can choose to do any one of three sessions on a Tuesday or Thursday night via Zoom (details below) or if prefer to meet in person come along at 10am on a Thursday. Week 1: Grace Well Received - The Story of Jean Valjean Week 2: When Grace & Justice Collides – The Story of Jalvert Week 3: The Poor are Always With You – The Story of Fantine Week 4: The Gift of Love – The Story of Marius & Cosette Week 5: Building the Barricade – The Story of Les Amis Week 6: The Blessed Garden – A Hopeful Vision If you wish to join us on Zoom and do not know the passcode please contact either Steve (020 8467 1351) or Rachel (07311330202).
